Xing Yang joined AutoMan Group as a Research Fellow in May, 2019. His postdoctoral work focuses on deep learning, machine learning algorithms and their applications in autonomous vehicles and human-machine systems.
Yang received his B.S. in Automatic Control from Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong, China, in 2012. He then received his Msc. with distinction in Control Systems from the department of Automatic Control and System Engineering, from The University of Sheffield, UK, in 2014. After that he did his doctoral work and received PhD degree from Cranfield University, UK in 2018. He has published 1 book, over 20 papers and achieved several paper awards.
